This policy applies to everyone who buys on onlinemakit.com. By using the website you accept it, together with our Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate information and keep your contact details up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done with your account; keep your password private.

2. Ordering

• Orders are placed directly with the seller through the "Order Via WhatsApp" button on the product page.
• Read the product description carefully and ask the seller any questions before ordering.
• The price, payment method and delivery you agree on in the chat form your agreement with the seller.

3. Payment

• Pay on time, using the method agreed with the seller.
• Orders are processed only after the seller confirms your payment. See Payment Methods.

4. Used products

Used products are sold as described. Review the details and photos carefully; returns of used products are limited as explained in the Return Policy.

5. Delivery and returns

Delivery is arranged with the seller (Delivery Methods). Returns and refunds follow the Return Policy.

6. Prohibited behaviour

• Placing fake orders or not honouring agreed orders repeatedly.
• Fraud, false payment claims or chargebacks in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening or insulting sellers or our team.
• Buying or requesting stolen, illegal or counterfeit products.

We may suspend or close accounts that break this policy or the law of Equatorial Guinea.
