How It Works

onlinemakit.com connects buyers with verified sellers in Equatorial Guinea. There is no online checkout: every order is arranged directly with the seller on WhatsApp, so you can ask questions and agree on everything before you pay.

Buying in 5 steps

1. Find a product. Browse the categories or use the search bar. Check the photos, description, condition (new or used) and price.
2. Press "Order Via WhatsApp". The button on the product page opens a WhatsApp chat with the seller of that product, with a message that already includes the product name and link.
3. Agree on the details. Confirm availability, the final price, the payment method and how and when the product will be delivered or collected.
4. Pay as agreed. Payment is made directly with the seller using the method you agreed on. The order is processed once the seller confirms the payment.
5. Receive your product. Check it when you receive it. If something is wrong, contact the seller first and see our Return Policy.

Selling in 4 steps

1. Create a seller account with the "Become A Seller" link and verify your email or phone number with the code we send.
2. Verify your identity by uploading your National ID (NID) or passport. Our team reviews your shop before approving it.
3. List your products with clear photos, an honest description, a price and your WhatsApp contact number.
4. Answer buyers on WhatsApp, agree on payment and delivery, and deliver what you promised. Please read the Seller Policy.

Good to know

• Used products are sold as described; ask the seller for extra photos if needed.
• Keep the conversation and any payment receipt until the order is completed.
