Payment Methods

Because mobile and online banking are still limited in Equatorial Guinea, makits.com does not take payments on the website. You pay the seller directly, using a simple and transparent method that you agree on together before the order is confirmed.

How it works

• Payment details (amount, method and timing) are given to you by the seller in the WhatsApp chat before your order is confirmed.
• Prices on the website are shown in CFA francs (CFA). The final amount, including any delivery cost, is the one you agree on with the seller.
• Orders are processed only after the seller has confirmed your payment.

Accepted methods

The available methods depend on each seller and are agreed in the chat — for example payment in cash on delivery or at collection, or another manual method offered by the seller.

Pay safely

• Only pay once you have agreed on the product, the final price and the delivery.
• Ask for a receipt or written confirmation of every payment and keep it.
• Be careful with requests to pay in advance to unknown accounts or through unusual channels.
• Online Makit will never ask you for your passwords or verification codes.
