Seller Policy

This policy applies to every seller and reseller on onlinemakit.com, in addition to our Terms of Use.

1. Seller requirements

• A valid National ID (NID) or passport.
• An active email address and mobile phone number.
• Accurate, verified account and shop information. Shops are reviewed and approved by our team before they appear as verified.

2. Listings

• Sell only products and services that are legal and that you are entitled to sell.
• Use real photos and an honest description, including the condition (new or used) and any defects.
• Keep prices, stock and your WhatsApp contact number up to date.

3. Orders, payment and delivery

• Answer buyers' WhatsApp messages promptly and clearly.
• Tell the buyer the final price, the payment details and the delivery terms before confirming an order.
• Confirm payments honestly and deliver on time, as agreed (Delivery Methods).
• Handle returns and refunds as described in the Return Policy.

4. Prohibited products and behaviour

• Stolen goods.
• Illegal, dangerous or counterfeit products.
• Misleading listings, fake reviews or fraudulent payments.
• Pressuring or abusing buyers.

5. Enforcement

Violations may lead to removal of listings, suspension or closure of the shop, and legal action under the law of Equatorial Guinea.
